You will receive an email with onboarding instructions once you fill out the form below. So please make sure you enter the correct and most accurate information in the form. This information you provide will go on the letters that will be sent on your behalf.

 

ENROLLMENT FEE: $180, $250, OR $300

WILL COVER ONBOARDING PROCESS, PERSONALIZED CREDIT AUDIT AND YOUR FIRST ROUND OF CHALLENGES. THIS FEE WILL BE CHARGED AFTER YOUR CREDIT CONSULTATION.

MONTHLY CHARGES: $60, $70, OR $100

WILL BE CHARGED EVERY 30 DAYS AFTER ENROLLMENT, UNTIL YOU ARE SATISFIED WITH YOUR CREDIT PROFILE. YOU RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DISCONTINUE SERVICES AT ANYTIME UPON REQUEST.

CANCELLATION POLICY: You have a right to cancel your services within 3 business days without penalty. You must cancel any reccurring charges via email info@pilateglobalconsulting.com within 5 business days of your recurring monthly payment date.
